We typically send the onboarding packet to the worker within 2 hours of receiving of a complete and accurate Purchase Order. The total onboarding process usually requires 3-5 days due to waiting on background checks and the contractor to complete their documents. Please note–we do not have control over how fast the contractor completes their packet or how quickly a background check can be completed.

The answer depends on your unique contract with us (we offer variety of payment and invoicing terms), although for most clients we invoice on a weekly basis each Friday for the previous week’s approved hours.

Accurately complete the Purchase Order and ensure that you accurately answer the Independent Contractor Questionnaire form (which is part of the Purchase Order). We will use this information to properly classify the worker. As a starting point, any individual seeking to work as an independent contractor must have established a proper business entity and cannot operate as a sole proprietor. Please note, worker classification laws in the USA vary by state and laws frequently change.
