How does Turnkey differ from a standard EOR model?

In an EOR model, Agile is the legal employer. With Turnkey, you graduate to being the legal employer (the FEIN holder), while we act as your outsourced back office. This allows you to reclaim the 30% margin usually lost to EOR fees while we still handle the high-liability administrative work.

Can I keep my existing payroll funding with Turnkey?

You have total flexibility. You can use your own bank funding, or you can leverage Agile’s embedded recourse and non-recourse funding options.
