Depending on your contract arrangement, you will be paid on a semi-monthly or monthly basis as follows:

  • Semi-monthly: paid on the 30th for approved hours completed the 1st - 15th of that month, and paid on the 15th for approved hours completed the 16th - 30/31 of the month prior.
  • Monthly: paid on the 3rd Friday of each month for all approved hours completed the month prior.

Unless otherwise noted, you will log into Agile's timesheet portal at https://agile.bbo.bullhornstaffing.com and enter your time at the end of each week.

Yes, you will get paid for the hours you worked. If you missed the submission cutoff, please submit your hours as usual, as soon as possible, and email us at hr@agilepartnering.com to let us know you’ve done so. We will add your missed hours to the following pay cycle.

Agile recognizes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, and will pay hours worked on such days at the contracted holiday pay rate.

Agile accrues sick leave based on state requirements. If you would like to take sick leave, please email us at hr@agilepartnering.com with the dates you would like to use. We will check your accrued balance and apply the requested time.
