The Team

Charles Causey

As the Team Leader and one of the Co-Founders of Agile Partnering, Charles loves using business to help others achieve their full potential. He brings lots of practical experience from working in enterprise technology, startups, and leadership roles.  Charles lives with his wife and two children in Boulder, CO.

Heather Lovell

Heather is our Director of Operations. Since joining Agile, she has worked on both the candidate and client sides of our team and now brings that experience to integrating all aspects of operations together, while still working with many of our clients directly to ensure success. Heather is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and helps clients understand how to use assessments to solve their talent issues. A native of Colorado, but world traveler, she lives in Westminster with her husband, two boys, and two crazy black labs.

Greg Steward

Greg is head of Talent Lead for Agile. He is an expert in finding and building relationships, streamlining recruitment processes, and having conversations with complete strangers. He loves working directly with our candidates to help them find the next step in their career. On the weekends, you’ll usually find Greg outside hiking, camping, or off-roading with his wife, Elizabeth, and their dog, Piper.

Jacob Brunner

Jacob is our Marketing Lead. He strives to find the perfect mix of outbound and inbound marketing strategies to bring the best data-driven results. He also utilizes AI technology to help source superb talent. Originally from Alaska, he is loving the Colorado mountain ranges. In his off-time, you will most likely find him hiking, playing racquetball, or on stage drumming his heart out with his band.
