A Note From Our Founder

After spending years working in the staffing industry, I know how tough it can be to grow and scale your own firm. When I started my own staffing firm, I didn’t anticipate the obstacles I’d face. Fortunately for me, I was lucky enough to have a great investment partner who could provide funding and specialists on my team who were able to handle the back office pieces.

Having personal resources made it easier, but the longer I was in the industry, the more I connected with other staffing executives, who told me their primary problems that were stalling their growth, weren’t getting requisitions or finding talent: it was the back office burdens and inability to find cash and float payroll.

A tremendous amount of THEIR own time and effort was going into back-office tasks such as:

  • Onboarding employees and contractors
  • Ensuring legal and HR compliance
  • Keeping up with increasingly complex employment law
  • Managing timesheets and payroll
  • Securing cash funding

Around 2016 multiple staffing firms were asking us to handle their back office services for them and I understood their frustration. I remember thinking, it SHOULD NOT be this difficult to grow. And it became pretty apparent to me that if a provider could handle these tasks, staffing firms could focus on their core competencies, sales and recruiting, and actually scale.
